- All bookings must be Paid In Advance to confirm booking. If booking is not paid in full, the booking is not confirmed.
- Each additional pet in the same Dog Hotel room will be charged extra RM20 per night and pet.
- Must checkout by 2:00pm the next day.
- Day care must check out by 8:00pm.
- Overstays must be settled before pets are released.
- Please bring along own food as every furry kid has their own preferred diets
- Application of flea, ticks & mite prevention products is compulsory upon check in.
- AI PETS GROUP SDN BHD reserved the right to not accept any furry kids with flea, ticks, mite, illness, injury and any signs of violence.
- Payments are non refundable.
- AI PETS GROUP SDN BHD shall not hold responsible for any lost/escaped pets. Illness and/or death whilst pets are being boarded.
- Pet owners is in consent to any emergency medical care required by boarders and shall be responsible to pay for such emergencies.
- Unpaid for and/or uncollected pets will be disposed off as abandoned pets after 7 days from date of payment/collection due date.
- AI PETS GROUP SDN BHD reserves the sole right to do as they deem thereafter without further notice.
- AI PETS GROUP SDN BHD is then released of their responsibilities for the pets boarded under these terms.
- All above terms must be agreed before boarding.
